Customer Support - Office administration

On behalf of our client a logistics company, we are looking for a dynamic Customer service officer/administrator to join their team in Limassol.


Responsibilities:


  • Organizing import shipments and documents

  • Answering phones and

  • Contact trading firms via phone and email to promote and inform them about the services offered by our company.

  • Tracking and updating customers on the status of shipments.


Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Experience in the freight forwarding/ logistics industry will be considered a plus.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Outstanding English and Greek language skills.

  • Strong multitasking and organizing abilities.

  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and make outbound calls to clients.

  • A pleasant personality.
