Customer Support - Office administration
On behalf of our client a logistics company, we are looking for a dynamic Customer service officer/administrator to join their team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Organizing import shipments and documents
Answering phones and
Contact trading firms via phone and email to promote and inform them about the services offered by our company.
Tracking and updating customers on the status of shipments.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience in the freight forwarding/ logistics industry will be considered a plus.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Outstanding English and Greek language skills.
Strong multitasking and organizing abilities.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and make outbound calls to clients.
A pleasant personality.
Benefits:
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 (30-minute lunch break)
