Customer Support Manager

On behalf of our client, an EMI and specifically a global online money transfer Fintech company, we are looking to hire a Customer Support Manager, for Nicosia.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Customer Consultation on Company Products. 

·         Maintaining solid customer relationship by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

·         Communication with the other departments of the company (Finance, Compliance, technical support) to provide guidance to the clients.

·         Train new employees in the department.

·         Perform performance reviews of employees, set KPIs and guide them based on their weaknesses and the department needs.

·         Prepare Shift schedule.

·         Prepare statistical reports on department performance for the management.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

·         Fluent in English, writing and verbally.

·         Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.

·         Multitasking person, pleasant personality and good team player.

·         Effective communication both orally and written.

·         Good managerial skills.

·         Basic Computer knowledge.

·         Ability to work in rotating shifts and availability to work overtime when/if required.

Shifts might include weekends.

·         Previous Managerial experience in customer support or similar position.

·         Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, or German language will be an advantage.

·         Experience in Zendesk will be considered as an advantage.
