Customer Support Agent (German Speaking)

On behalf of our client, a professional software solutions company, we are looking to hire Customer Support Agent (German Speaking), for Larnaca or Malta offices.


Type: Hybrid

Location: Cyprus or Malta

 

Responsibilities:


·         Helping internal and external customers.

·         Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved.

·         Keeping customer request queues as low as possible.

·         Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations).

·         Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload.

·         Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company.

·         Attending team meetings and activities.

·         Taking over in the absence of their Line Manager.

·         Escalating Technical Issues.

·         Responsible for the Emergency Procedure.

·         Chat and Email quality assurance.

·         Analyzing any promotion before it’s launched.

·         Responsible for the Banned procedure.


Requirements:


·         Graduation of high school or post-secondary school.

·         Previous related work experience for at least one year.

·         Skills - strong communication skills.

·         Knowledge of any related software.

·         Fluency in German both written and spoken.

THIS POSITION WILL BE ON SHIFT BASES 7 DAYS 40HRS.
