CRM Technical Administrator

We are looking for a CRM Technical Administrator to join an energetic IT team in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will manage CRM configurations, investigate and resolve issues, perform system audits, and handle technical issues with payment providers.

They will also organize deployment schedules, administer the company's ticketing system, and ensure clear communication with various departments. An understanding of MySQL, excellent English proficiency, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.



  • Configure CRM settings and manage user access.

  • Investigate CRM issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Conduct regular system audits and resolve any identified issues.

  • Identify and address technical issues with payment providers.

  • Schedule and organize upcoming deployments.

  • Manage the company’s ticketing system and promptly respond to staff requests.

  • Communicate with different departments to understand their needs and explain technical issues.

  • Maintain, optimize, and understand the existing system's database.

  • Test the quality of work before deployment.



  • BA/BSc in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of MySQL is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.

  • Proactive, efficient, and well-organized.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
