Corporate Migration Service Administrator

  • Following all local immigration and labour process according for any new hired and/or existing employees.

  • Able to complete all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.

  • Professional personal presentation with a customer service orientation.

  • Must ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

  • Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.

  • Help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.

  • Responsible for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Past work experience within Migration is a must

  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office and Internet.

  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language both written and oral

  • Excellent time to management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Teamwork skills

  • Must be a reliable person
