Corporate Migration Service Administrator
Following all local immigration and labour process according for any new hired and/or existing employees.
Able to complete all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
Professional personal presentation with a customer service orientation.
Must ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
Help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
Responsible for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Key Skills / Experience:
Past work experience within Migration is a must
Good computer skills, Microsoft Office and Internet.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language both written and oral
Excellent time to management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Must be a reliable person
