Corporate Administration


A Forex licensed company located in Limassol which is providing marketing solutions is looking for a experience corporate administrator.

Main responsibilities:


· Preparation and review of different corporate documents

· Preparation, amendment and review of legal documents

· Dealing with the day-to-day administration of companies

· Liaise with service providers on compliance, legal, tax, and corporate structuring matters

· Provide legal support to the overall activity of the company

· Prepare legal documentation related to the business of the Company

· Assisting with opening bank accounts and other payment solutions

· Assist in in business development initiatives


Skills and qualifications:

· Corporate Administration Bachelor / MBA or previous experience as a Corporate Administrator is a MUST

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Corporate Administrator

· Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive, and collaborative spirit

· Ability to succeed in fast-paced, matrixed environment

· Able to connect with new people easily

· Fluent in English Reading/Writing/Speaking – MUST

· Eligible to work in the EU
