A well-established company based in Limassol is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Experience Agent to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the full client lifecycle, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Acting as a primary point of contact, the role involves supporting clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing their requests, and building strong, long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire client lifecycle from start to finish.
Recognize and leverage opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost client value and contribute to business growth.
Deliver an outstanding client experience through clear, timely, and tailored communication.
Work closely with internal teams to address client inquiries and optimize workflows.
Track client behavior and engagement, pinpointing ways to elevate satisfaction and strengthen retention.
Keep internal systems well-maintained with accurate, up-to-date client records.
Continuously seek ways to enhance the client journey and elevate overall service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent command in French, Italian, German or English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
2+ years of previous experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM), account management or similar role within Financial Services, FinTech or Online trading.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
