A well-established company based in Limassol is seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Acquisition Agent to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for approaching new clients, supporting upselling activities, and building strong, long-term relationships while ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding process from initial contact through account activation. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced FX / FinTech environment and place high value on client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to present the company’s products and services, delivering a professional and impactful first impression.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the onboarding journey.

  • Support clients during account setup by providing clear guidance and timely assistance when needed.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and consistent client experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and onboarding progress within internal systems.

  • Consistently meet performance targets related to client onboarding, activation, and engagement.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent command of English and German or Hungarian or Spanish.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM), account management, or a similar role within Financial Services, FinTech, or Online Trading.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused mindset.
