Business Care Executive
On behalf of our client, a payment gateway and PSP provider, we are looking to hire a Business Care Executive to join Paphos team.
To provide effective and efficient customer and tech support where necessary to the company’s global client list
Assisting customer inquiries in a timely and polite manner to the highest standard via various business channels: such as email, telegram, live chat etc.
Ensure more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
Work closely with other departments and work closely with them to ensure any complex customer queries are resolved.
Maintaining and developing the company’s database of customers by delivering the best customer service.
To inform and assist clients in relation to the use of current and future company products.
To collect customer feedback and follow ups.
Any ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
Previous experience within tech support or a help desk environment is a must.
Customer orientated person.
Excellent communication skills in English including written and verbal.
Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of computers in general.
Ability to handle customers in a calm and professional manner, even with difficult customers.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and late nights.
Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
