Back Office Officer
On behalf of our client, one of the leading global providers of Equity, FX and CFD trading for private investors and institutions we are seeking to recruit a Back Office Officer to join their team in Limassol.
General job description
Responsible for the opening of new accounts with client’s deposits and withdrawals of funds and the provision of credit or loans in accordance with the provision set above. Also, responsible for keeping maintenance and updating of all clients' files.
Responsibilities
• Performing KYC and due diligence checks;
• Ongoing clients monitoring for AML purposes;
• Registration and opening of new clients’ accounts in the Company’s software;
• Amending and terminating clients’ accounts in the Company’s software;
• Settlement of transactions (deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers);
• Monitoring of the transactions performed through the Company comparison thereof to the instruction received and sorting of any discrepancies;
• Record keeping of executed transactions (available in electronic form on the MTS and MT4);
• Sending accounts’ statements upon request;
• Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.);
• Handling of customers’ complaints;
• Registering disputes and chargebacks;
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
• Good command of English language
Regular:
• Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
• Attention to detail and target oriented
Advantage:
• Basic/Advanced CySEC examination
• Experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry
• University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or similar
Salary range
• 1.300 to 1.500 euro
