Accounting and Finance Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading affiliate marketing company specializing in the online casino industry, we are looking to hire for the role of Accounting and Finance Officer, for the Limassol office.


The ideal candidate will handle a range of financial duties such as bookkeeping, invoicing, bank onboarding, and liaising with financial institutions. This position demands strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

 

Responsibilities:


·         Perform bookkeeping tasks to accurately record financial transactions.

·         Issue invoices and ensure timely payments from clients.

·         Facilitate onboarding processes with banks and financial institutions.

·         Manage communication with banks, responding to inquiries and requests promptly.

·         Prepare daily reports detailing financial activities across various banks and wallets.

·         Reconcile invoices and cross-check expenses to ensure accuracy.

·         Generate profit and loss reports to track financial performance.

 

Qualifications:


·         Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting.

·         Previous experience working in a similar role within the finance or financial services industry.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel.

·         Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with banks.

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial standards.

·         Good knowledge of English language.
