On behalf of our client in the financial services industry (Forex broker), we are looking to hire an Account Manager (Thai Speaker) to join a dedicated team remotely.
Responsibilities:
Create, build, and sustain relationships with both current and potential clients.
Communicate professionally in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
Effectively endorse the company’s products and services.
Manage client inquiries with a commitment to delivering a high level of service.
Conduct personal analysis of clientele and take necessary actions.
Adhere to the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
Inform and promote the company’s software systems and products.
Collaborate with the team to meet targets.
Follow-ups on client queries and give feedback to guarantee optimal service.
Collaborate with other departments as required.
Requirements:
Degree in a business-related field or other equivalent disciplines.
A minimum of 1-year prior experience as an Account Manager or in a related role.
Fluent in both Thai and English languages.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Outstanding interpersonal abilities and effective communication.
Innovative and dynamic approach.
Self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
IT literacy.
